KINESIOLOGY TAPING is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting. Tape alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin, reducing inflammation and bruising.

Manual Lymph Drainage

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back to the cardiovascular system. Used for Post Operative Care to reduce swelling, inflammation, bruising. Also used to control/prevent Lymphedema Symptoms after Lymph Node Removal or a compromised Lymphatic System.
