We are  currently accepting Personal Injury/Auto Accident claims. I bill $50 per 15 minute increment comparable to the current massage and manual therapy rate set by the State of Oregon Workers Compensation Fee Schedule.

Auto & Health Insurance Billing

If you are in an auto accident, your Oregon auto insurance will pay for your massage therapy treatments to help you recover. Your auto insurance covers you whether the accident was your fault or not. If you were not at fault, your insurance company will recover the expenses from the at-fault company. There should be no negative consequence from opening a claim with your insurance company to pay for your medical care. I am happy to bill your auto insurance for you.

Some health insurance companies have massage therapy benefits to help with injuries or just general maintenance and well-being. I can bill your health insurance for you if I am in network.

**Please note that I offer a significant discount for payments made at the time of service. It is always an option for my clients to pay at the time of service. If you prefer to pay at the time of service and are wanting to be reimbursed by your insurance company, I can provide you with a superbill.

We currently Bill the following Insurances:

State Farm

Providence

Pacific Source

United Health Care

Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Progressive

MetLife

Geico

Country Mutual

USAA

**All Insurance is based on Individual Client Eligibility based on your personal coverage/deductibles. If your Insurance is Not listed please call to check for eligibility for massage benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. All Insurance eligibility must be approved prior to first appointment to avoid out of pocket payment.
